Im 17 and live in Newport and I'm in the V1form doing French History English and Art a-levels and hope to do a degree in English the n a post grad in journalism then...who knows.. I be mostly listenin to the Manics, feeder, Phonics, Gorkys, Furies, Mansun, King Adora, Deftones, Soulwax, Joy division, radiohead, stone temple pilots, 3 colours red, Sunna, Orgy ,Crashland Vast mo-ho-bish-o-pi and the Goo Goo dolls. My other interests are going to gig's and festivals, getting glammed up, glitter, Art and history, poetry, going out as often as possible, shopping(dangerously unhealthy shoe and cd fetish) photography, snowboarding, Tj's, my beloved fender, travelling' meeting people, Art especially Jackson Pollock. Kyffin Williams and Andy Warhol. Also writing for lots of mags(big issue cymru,blackvelvet), zines(popart, home and away,buttered midget) and meeting/reviewing new local bands.Love reading NME,Kerrang, the Maker(RIP),BlackVelvet,rock sound, and many more. also reading anything by Leon Garfield, Alice Walker, Franz Kafka and Albert Camus.

New Welsh Music founder and web master. First gained musical noteriety with Cardiff band Charlie Brown, and after a break of  8 years has taken the first step back into alternative music with new project Meltwater (both solo and as a band). Noisey guitars and weirdness will for ever make him dribble inanely. For Bias sake, David will not be reviewing any bands whom are members of the New Welsh Music (other than Demo reviews!). He will tell it as he sees it, so if you can not handle it, don't ask.....
